Hi Dusty, for my strickly off-road rim and tire setup I am looking at getting the Method 108 rims the Method website has determined that the 17x9, 6x5.5, -44/3.50 too be the best rim of course that is without knowing my build plan. My goal is to run the 37" Nitto Mud Grappler (true 37"s) and your stage 8 suspension kit. Do you see any clearance issues with the offset they are giving? From the top of your head, what would you think to be a better performance fit?
So far the only real-world fitment experience we have is on our own Bronco, the one in the photos at the beginning of this thread. It has our 0" offset wheels with 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers. So, we know from experience that that specific combination fits just fine. We have also tested with the other wheel and tire combination I mentioned (35's with +25mm offset wheels) and stock Sasquatch wheels and tires. Any other tire and wheel combination you will have to determine for yourself, until we can get more data. But note that the 0 offset we recommend for 37's is due in part to clearance for the UCA, not just tire fitment in the wheel well.

I'm not familiar with these types of upgrades, but I'm always a little perplexed when I see two versions of upgrades - one for Sasquatch and one for everything else.

My understanding of the suspension on the Badlands is that it is virtually identical to that of the Sasquatch, with the exception of some sort of travel limiter and a larger tire. Given that, what about these kits would require the same sort of upgrades to a Badlands as on a Big Bend that aren't required on a Sasquatch?

In other words, why wouldn't an upgrade kit marked as "for Sasquatch" work on a Badlands?

So I have a badlands non squatch... I was trying to order your stage 4 kit today... Would I order the non squatch or the squatch kit? Being that the badlands is was closer to a Sasquatch than not?

I believe they are the same kit. They just differentiate how much lift to expect.

Yeah that's what I thought. But due to some other member posts it had me second guessing so I wanted to confirm lol

STAGE 8: ON-THE-FLY SHOCK TUNING
ICON's Top Of The Range suspension system features lightning fast, precise electronic shock tuning, on-the-fly, at any speed and in any terrain. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone. Once configured the system functions without driver input.
K40008_web_large.jpg

STAGE 8 Includes:
  • BRONCO FRONT 2.5 VS RR CDEV COILOVER KIT
  • BRONCO REAR 2.5 VS RR CDEV COILOVER KIT
  • BRONCO ICON INTELLIGENT CONTROL MODULE & INSTALL KIT
  • BRONCO TUBULAR or BILLET UCA KIT WITH DELTA JOINT PRO
  • BRONCO TUBULAR or BILLET REAR UPPER LINK KIT
  • BRONCO TUBULAR or BILLET REAR LOWER LINK KIT
  • BRONCO REAR ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR KIT

IMPORTANT TECH NOTES
  • 2-Door models will sit slightly higher than 4-door due to weight difference. For all models, final lift height is subject to variations due to equipment weight and load-out.
  • When running 37" tires, Up-Travel Limiters are required to prevent tire contact with wheel well liners at full compression. These are sold separately (p/n 611075 front; p/n 611074 rear)
  • On Broncos equipped with factory crash bars (non-Sasquatch models), ICON High Clearance Crash Bars are recommended when running up to 35" tires.
  • When running 37" tires, factory crash bars (if present) may need to be removed, and further trimming may be required, to prevent rubbing (not recommended by ICON).
These Complete Suspension Kits will be available for pre-order soon, contact your favorite Authorized ICON Dealer or watch this thread to be the first to know when ordering opens on the ICON website!
This.is.so.RAD!! Mind blown!

Unfortunately, I only have enough in my piggy bank to order the adjustable panhard rod.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. We do not have different part numbers of these kits for Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch. The same kit works on both, as it replaces all of the Sasquatch-specific suspension components. There may be some other considerations such as tire fitment within the flares, which are different between Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch, but things like that are mostly just aesthetic. The only reason we even mention Sasquatch and non-Sasquatch is that the resulting lift height will be different between the two, as Sasquatch-equipped Broncos start out 1.1" higher than non-Sasquatch (except for Badlands non-Sasquatch, which is sort of in-between), so the effective amount of lift for our kit is that much less than if you installed it on a non-Sasquatch. Blame Ford for all of that confusion, not us LOL.

Again I'm not sure where you are seeing different part numbers or kit numbers for Sasquatch vs non-Sasquatch. If you are seeing that on a dealer's website, they have mislabeled it. All of these kits can be installed on either Sasquatch or non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos. The only difference is the effective amount of lift will be 1.1" less if you install it on a Sasquatch-equipped Bronco versus non.

They aren’t listing different part numbers but are listing them separately based on the amount of lift they provide. Probably would cause less confusion to list them once and provide expected lift for all trim levels. I guess the problem is if it says 4in lift and someone with a squatch doesn’t read the fine print, they’re going to blame someone else.

Example of confusion. Same part listed twice for squatch or non-squatch. Even though I have never understood this confusion, you either have squatch or you don't. In this case it doesnt matter but vendors are listing it this way.

If that's how that particular dealer is organizing the information yes that does sound kind of confusing. Perhaps you might mention it to them.

Sasquatch is 0.43" longer suspension than Badlands.

Do these packages level the vehicle?
Ive got a Sasquatch and want to run 37’s with the stage 3, do I have to adjust the coil overs, or just plug and play?
