Sold my 2015 GT for my 2023 Wildtrack. I had been in Mustangs for 12 years (the 2015 was my 3rd one consecutively.)
The 2015 was giving me problems so it was time to move on anyways, and I just needed a change, but the only things I miss are the V8 rumble and driving a manual, everything else is pretty great in the Bronco.
I tell everyone who asks me, if the Bronco had a V8 I would probably never consider a Mustang again.
The Bronco wont handle the same as your GT, and it's not as fast, but you will be surprised by the initial torque / seat of pants feeling when stepping on it (assuming your GT was still NA).
You will love not having to worry about curbs, wheel damage, the extra space, sitting up high, the off-road capabilities, the large touch screen, and just the fact that it is very, very different from the Mustang. Pretty much all the things I really appreciate coming from a Stang to a bronco.
Our other car is a Tesla Model Y. It's faster than both obviously, and has some other benefits, but its a very uninspired driving experience for a car lover. The Bronco is a nice gap between the Mustang and Model Y.
Ideally, I would like to get into a V8 Mustang again, maybe while keeping the Bronco. I'll give it a year or two and then make that decision. For now, I'm having a lot of fun in the Bronco!
Good luck with your decision!
