How to Stop Email Notification Sounds & Pop-Up

Good day everyone. I have been searching for days on this with no success.

When I use Android Auto, Everytime I receive an email, there is an audible notification in the Bronco. A similar situation occurs when I am simply connected to Bluetooth but now Android Auto. I get an audible notification and a Pop-Up on the screen.

I have the High package with the 12" screen, in case that makes a difference.

How can I stop this?

Android phone, under settings=Notifications=App notifications=Android Auto...turn off

I don't want to turn off all notifications, just email. Also, I received notifications through Ford Sync as well (with a pop up and chime) for every email.

I know it's an iPhone, but when I go into my Bluetooth settings on my phone, when I select my Bronco from the list, there's a switch to toggle notifications on/off. This stops them from coming up on my SYNC screen I believe.

Haven't played around much with it, but I know when I didn't have this off I was getting annoying notifications on SYNC which I didn't want. I'm assuming Android Auto is similar.
