All, I just realized the easiest way to disable the auto stop, Keep your cooling /heating fan on!

You can do it using a flashcal by SuperChips. I got rid of my double horn beep, my auto start/stop, reprogram for 37's and TPMS sensor recalibration at all 4 corners. And if you got to go back to factory settings it is much easier and faster than a forscan.

I recently installed the Ford Performance ProCal tune for the 2.7 and I can confirm that it holds the Auto start bypass when turning on/off the vehicle.

Another thing I noticed which I cant tell if its the tune or if it was the steering rack upgrade but when the car Auto stops the power steering stays on. This feels much better when yielding on a left turn, however it no longer starts the vehicle when you turn the wheel so you will have to only rely on the brake release for engine starts.

It seems as though ford may have listed to all the complaints and added those fixes to the ProCal tune which should've been factory to begin with
