How long for Ford Pass Rewards?

I was supposed to get a few Ford Pass Rewards with the purchase of my Outer Banks. The dealer told me it would take about 10 days, but it's been almost 20 and I'm still not seeing anything in my account.
How long did it take before you saw your Ford Bucks?

Same, I just bought a 2023 but it was a CPO, Ford Blue Advantage so comes with about 11,000 points or something like that. Been a month so I guess I need to call the dealer.

Seems like when I bought mine (3 years back) it took a bit for them to show.

I bought a 2025 on Dec. 17, 2024 and it took about 2 weeks for the One Pass Awards to be deposited into my account.

On the Ford Pass App there is a way to report points missing. I waited and waited a finally just did that, they show up immediately after you put your dealer, purchase date, and maybe one or 2 other small bits of info.

This. This is exactly what I had to do in order to get mine. I waited for 30 days after I bought my Bronco. As soon as I entered all the required info my points showed up.

It is (supposed to) happen once your dealer reports the sale to Ford. Most dealers only do that once or twice a month, although mine does it weekly.

Sometimes when they report the sale they don't provide all of the necessary information to credit you the points, and the "Missing Points" link that @GulfCoastBronco mentioned will help resolve that.

I bought my 25 OBX SAS from the dealer. Two days after, my points were there. Purchased late Jan 26

I called the dealer and was told to just wait. Eventually I went to the app and reported missing points and they appeared almost immediately.

Saw mine immediately in my FordPass app on my phone.
