How Do you Remove the Lock in the Center Console Arm Rest?

I have to replace my center console armrest. I ordered a new one, but now I need to remove the lock from the original armrest and reinstall it in the new armrest. I am seeking the steps to remove the lock and then reinstall. I appreciate the help!

You’ll have to disassemble the armrest. The inner plastic cover that the hinges are attached to is held on with clips, they are easy to break so be careful. The latch button and lock assembly is attached with a few screws you’ll see once the inner cover is off. T20 if I recall correctly.
