How do I unplug the 3rd brake light?

Trying to install the Offroad Gamers spare tire 3rd brake light, and I've fished it thru the tailgate vent. My question is, how do I release the connector that's highlighted? I don't want to break wires or bust a plastic connector. What's the trick to releasing that connector? I've been Googling for a while now, and the included documentation sucks!

Should be a little clip you need to pop in that tab on the bottom of the connector.

Thanks! I didn't find a pin or tab, but your comment led me to use a small flat-head screwdriver in the bottom of that clip; one twist and it came right apart. All is good with the new brake light!
