Reports from another thread say it can take up to a month after delivery.

I swapped during the prescribed time from WT Mod to BL MIC, I'm not optimistic that Ford won't disallow the points, even though there we no restrictions listed at the time and I did swap from Mod to MIC. If they actually make good on the promise, will use it for maintenance. Any accessories from Ford will probably be pricier than the equivalent aftermarket stuff, so seems a waste to use it on stuff like that from Ford.

The 20K took two days while the 42k took 5 days. I called Ford on the 200K and they said the dealer has to still verify and active. Waiting for the dealer to get back to me.

Did you get an update from the dealer? I asked mine about it when I took delivery tonight and they said it only applied to those who changed from a painted top. Being a Wildtrak and accepting a MIC too, as well as getting the email im pretty sure that would qualify my purchase. I have a feeling I’m going to have to follow up as well
