Lol, about three posts in I realized I'm out classed here....

base Base 4cyl, manual:
Bumpers
Rock rails
Headliner
Roof rails
Switches
Floor liners
Cargo area liner
Canvas Bimini

Figured all the prices line up with the aftermarket, so might as well.

It'll be spread out over a few years. 2020 was tough. Bought a house, covid pay cuts, got married, baby is due next week. Pipes are leaking in the house, electric is haywire, etc. Too many things to fix at home, and first baby to fund so money's too tight to be buying lights and roof baskets just yet

God I hope someone designs some squared fenders!! That’s the only thing ford should have done with the design!
I agree. The perfectly round wheel wells are a signature of the old Scouts, which are also super cool in their own right.

Would you chop your Bronco? or just hope for aftermarket full fender panels?

And most likely will wait until our MY22 arrives to install the winch. The MY21 BL is just to tie the wife over until her MY22 BL arrives.

Choosing not to finance all these accessories. But here's my list. It's a lot. I'll probably remove things over time as I prioritize my money to other important life things. But this is how I envision me using my Bronco at least over the next 3 years

Besides the tow, tailgate and speakers, I can install all these things myself. $5200 isn't that bad for accessories. Just don't tell my SO how much I plan to spend... 🙊

Thinking of getting the tow package at order time to avoid the labor charge
Anybody else going all out with the accessories?

No one is ever “outclassed”! To each their own!!! You’re in my neighborhood and I can’t wait to see everyone’s different builds!!! The diversity of these rigs is going to be incredible!!! 😎😎😎

I’m ordering Badlands Rapid Red, 2.7, 2 door, Lux package adding : Tow package, floor mats, cargo liner, Headliner sound deadening. This is absolutely beyond what I anticipated spending. You only live once. I feel very blessed to be able to even be able to purchase something like this right now given these crazy times!!!!

That half door is amazing. Would be awesome to have a 2dr base and then build up to that

The fridge is available online already. In the cargo area there's power so you can plug it right in directly. So convenient. No cords. Powered fridge when you need it. Me and my mates like to cook gourmet meals in the woods and this will help so much 😄

Just to clarify, when you mention power in the cargo area, is that the 110 watt outlet? I'm likely going Base, so the Mid level package isn't available. Unfortunately, I don't think the power outlet is available as a standalone option.

This thread is great because it points out options we may not have considered.
I definitely need to do something about the giant muffler. I can't see that lasting long when crawling over rocks. Not sure if the Badlands has armor below it.
I would not be opposed to a Ford Tune that is covered 100% under warranty

I've special ordered ever new vehicle we've bought since 1986. So one would think I'd have it down to a science. But, this dang Bronco Outer Banks has destroyed that thought. With the LUX package, at first I was in, then I was out. I went back to in, but was still wavering. So, I did an exhaustive study over a tall cold one. I saw that I was only getting the Lux for two things I wanted, and one thing that was a whatever. Then it dawned on me that I could get one of the wants, the Navigation, as a stand alone. Then it was do I want to pay $2800 for the second want, ACC, and the whatever "B&O". So, at the bottom of the cold one my mind said no, those two things just ain't worth that much. So, my option list is the 2.7L (that dang engine choice was tough enough by itself), Shadow Black MOD top, and since I dropped the ACC, and B&O I settled on two things that I was going to get aftermarket. Those are the Floor Liners, and the Tow Package. That's it, I ain't changing again, maybe, I think, I do hope. If only Granger would call, and get it in the system so I don't have to think about it anymore. The wife says that me thinking is a dangerous thing. :)

I'm getting my $300 worth of Ford Pass Points and that's all to start with. 2 door over vinyl floor coverings and maybe something else but it won't be much. Everything else will be aftermarket or after delivery options.
