Question for this Houston area crew.. have you ever had a vehicle that you had ceramic coated? I’m looking for a recommendation of a local shop you might trust doing this to your vehicles. My current car has had so many scrapes and chips despite the promise of it being superior paint I appreciate any thoughts you have to share!

My F150 is ceramic coated. All it does is help the water bead off and give it a somewhat “clean” look. My truck is also black and I can tell you it definitely does not protect against scratches.

My husband suggested I get a bug guard on the front as much as he knows I’d hate the look of it, but more of a way it would deflect rocks and bugs while driving. Ughhh I feel like the more I love the car, the more it gets beat to hell by elements, rocks or careless drivers parked beside me lol I feel like my Bronco will be doomed
