@Ford Motor Company I have a Bronco on reservation and have not gotten anything from you like some members are reporting. No poster, no stickers, and whatever you just sent everyone about the hang in there. Also saw you sent some toy Broncos to some members. Where is my Bronco love?
Just to be clear, you have an actual order and not just a reservation right?

Also it may depend on how much you've been screwed by the delays. I've gotten all the swag, but I'm a 7/14 res. My brother in law reserved in November and hasn't gotten a thing, but he was always going to be a '22 or '23 anyways so no apology swag nessesary.

I ordered (and have paid for, in full) my Bronco through Military Auto Source. So I did call this number, and provided my VIN, they couldnt believe I had a VIN but they had no other information on me and got angry and said "This was provided by dealers on a one time gift for first day reservations only. I dont know how you got this VIN, but this is sketchy. I therefore cannot help you."
Like how dare I provide a VIN, but not be registered through their system.

If it’s the former, your Bronco isn’t delayed. Ford is actually waiting on you to place an order, so you wouldn’t be eligible for any “apologies for the delay… hang in there” swag. If it’s the latter, then you should be eligible for the apology swag, so you may need to update your profile and contact details, as others have suggested.

I have my order in, and am waiting for a VIN. Also, my profile is up to date. I’ll contact them later.

Why the H*** would you have paid for your Bronco In full without even having it in front of you? I hope and pray for you that you don’t get screwed over.

Ahh, so you have had the same wonderful customer service that I have enjoyed... What would you like to know about your bronco???

Did you figure out your order number yet?

Good luck getting a copy of your window sticker, that won't happen without someone accessing the correct system and sending it to you.

It's pretty bad. The best data you can get comes from the debug information on the MAS site and the JSON data in this link.

Where YYYY = your 17 digit vin and XXXX = your 4 digit order number that is case sensitive.

palsapp.com can be help when your Bronco actually ships.

And your as built information will update when your bronco is actually finished being built.
