I just went to crutchfirld and that have a note on the Hertz DCX 100.3 speakers that they are not recommended for the dash speaker replacement in my ‘24 non B&O Bronco. Is that note there because you have to cut the two tabs off the speaker, or do they truly not fin in a 2024?

They say the same thing about Infinity 4" reference. With the Infinity I had to cut 2 tabs and they fit just fine. I think they say that for any speaker that does NOT have the "bend & break off" tabs. I used some snips, worked fine. I'd also recommend 300hz bass blockers for the 4" spaekers.

I have a 2023 and merely tin snipped the corners. Easy!
