Those on base audio system that tried both the Kickers CS line of 4" speakers, and the Hertz dieci series, would you say the difference is noticeable/worth it to justify the price point difference?

I have the Kicker KS series speakers.

I purchased the Hertz Dieci speakers, and returned them to Crutchfield two days later. Not because they performed poorly, but because they did not perform any better than the Kicker KS speakers. I literally could not tell any discernible difference between them.

I recently encountered a serious issue while upgrading the 4" speakers on my Ford Bronco with the standard sound system, and I want to share a warning with the community. If you plan on using the METRA 72-5603 connectors for the dash and rear pod speakers, please be aware that the cables may be inverted. During my installation today (May 1, 2023), I noticed that the positive cable was aligned with the negative cable, causing some confusion. To clarify, I reached out to Crutchfield support with photos, and they confirmed that the connectors may be inverted. I suggest double-checking your connectors before proceeding with your installation to avoid any potential issues. Thank you for your attention and I hope this information can help others avoid this problem.

During my installation, I noticed that the positive cable was aligned with the negative cable, causing some confusion. To clarify, I will be posting a photo that clearly shows the error of the left driver side dash speaker connected to the Metra 72-5603. In the photo, you can see that the green cable (positive) is lined up with the black cable that has the smaller spade connector for the negative terminal of the speaker.
