Help Needed- pod light install on Max T bull bar

Can anyone help me figure out what hardware I need to attach these pod lights? The bull bar came with two holes cut straight through (no threading). I assume it would require a long bolt to be fixed top and bottom, but there also has to be something at the top for the pod light mount to attach to.

Did your light come with a bracket? That's usually what attaches the two.

As far as connection - a through bolt would work. So would a rivet nut or anchor nut

Black Horse manufactures the bull bar and they were cagey about the hardware/instructions for the lights they sell to go with it. It was basically "well if you buy the lights, you'll have everything you need".

Umm.. just run a bolt through the bottom hole on the bracket through the bar? You may have to make a run to the hardware store to get the bolt/nut but not a huge deal.

I'd recommend getting stainless hex head bolt (the mounts in that pic look like they have captive spots for the right size hex head - you'd have to match it), use washers under nut, and use either a nylok nut or lock washer to keep it snug for a long time.

Just anything that fits works there really.

I legitimately did not think about running one bolt all the way through the bracket to the bottom of the bar haha. Thank you! I knew it was simple enough; just needed to talk that through.
