So I just took possession of my 2024 Black Diamond and I couldn't be happier with it so far. I loved the original Broncos when I was a kid and loved every subsequent model right up to when they were discontinued in '96. When I saw the newest release, I knew that I had to own one and the Bronco God's smiled at me and I was finally able to achieve a dream! I had ordered one from Ford in June and got a call from the salesman 2 weeks ago that Ford cancelled my order as they couldn't meet their orders before they had to change everything for the 2025s. I was more than a little disappointed because now I had to select from dealer stock. Well I had originally placed an order for a Big Bend Velocity Blue 2 door with manual transmission and while looking for something similar, we found that there were only two 2 door Broncos with manual transmissions left in Canada, my Black Diamond and another one somewhere in Manitoba. I had originally wanted the Big Bend with manual in order to keep the cost down and now I was forced to "settle" for the next package up but luckily for me that because of the Employee Pricing, my new ride came in at 300 less than my original order and I was able to get a colour that I liked better than the blue but didn't want to fork out the extra 600 for the Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat!!! Anyway, I'm really glad things worked out so well and I'm really loving this thing after 2 weeks of ownership!!! The only gripe I have about it is the lack of a paper owner's manual. I'm an old car guy and much prefer book in hand rather than trying to read it on a screen but progress stops for no man and I'm just looking at it as the cost of doing business. Anyway I'm sure there will be lots of questions to be asked as I'm learning new things about her everyday. I've also attached a picture of her with the doors and front part of the roof off the day after delivery!! It was a cool 14 °C (57 °F for you Yanks!!) But I didn't care my radiant ear to ear grin kept me warm. To sum up, I'm happy to be here and hope to be a part of all things Bronco for years to come! Cheers!

Not for 2024. Either on the infotainment system or electronic download from Ford. They have about a 100 page supplemental manual you can buy from helm but it's not the full manual. I am actually.totally.pissed about it!

Congratulations on your purchase. I am from Truro, Nova Scotia and you are in for a lot of fun ahead. I’m exploring every trail I can find every week and love it. I still have my Soft top on but will be doing the winter hard top swap soon enough. Still have yet to remove my doors but next year I will for sure.

Congratulations on your new Bronco. I'm very surprised that you ordered in June, and had your order canceled! Can you provide more info. AFAIK order books are open for '24s until mid October. I ordered 4dr Black Diamond in late August from my local dealership in Ontario, and have had no indication the order would be canceled

That is exactly what I was told by the dealer. I ordered 2 door Big Bend with manual transmission and got the call on 03 September that Ford cancelled the order. If yours is still pending, maybe mine having the manual had something to do with it. Have they assigned a VIN for your order yet?

No VIN assigned at this point. Do they email you when that happens? It could be that your dealership had no allocations left for that trim?

Great write up! Welcome aboard!

We tend to stick with the Blues in this house, but we all have had a "Red Hot Chili Pepper" catch our eye from time to time.
It's a sharp color.

CONGRATS!!!

That is exactly the Bronco I tried to get last year and couldn't find anywhere! I think I ended up with your Big Bend (just not in the color you picked). Nice score!

Thanks!! I've been pretty happy with it so far I'm also very happy withcthe Black Diamond although the Big Bend I ordered was outfitted with the mid package which would have given me heated seats and steering wheel but oh well!! I'm convinced I got a better vehicle.

My sales guy told me when I ordered it that he could see when a VIN was assigned to the order and he would let me know. I kept in touch with him through those 3 months with no.change in status until I got the bad news in September but I'm not looking back. I got a more capable vehicle for less than my original order. Heated seats and wheel BE DAMNED!!!!

Nice to have you aboard.
On my bucket list is Newfoundland and the Trans-Labrador highway. Looking at maps, I notice there are roads that go somewhat deep, westerly, in Quebec, but nothing which connects with the roads along Hudson's Bay. Now that would be a trip! From New England, through the Maritimes to Labrador, then west to Hudson's Bay and then south to Montreal or Quebec.
