Heated Steering Wheel NOT WORKING

Anybody else had this happen or have any ideas?
Fuse?
It used to work and has stopped recently. The light says it is on, but nothing.

Honestly not a big deal in NC most of the year, but would like to get it fixed if it's something simple.

Difficult to say without diagnosis really. SCCM fuses would likely have other issues associated with it, but you can check them.

I recently bought a 2025 Outer Banks and within a few days I was concerned the heated steering wheel was not heating properly. I found this information in the owners manual: Note: In warm temperatures, the steering wheel quickly reaches its maximum temperature and the system reduces the current to the heating element. This could cause you to think that the system has stopped working but it has not. This is normal.

Ours doesn't work at all either. Dealer diagnosed it and confirmed it wasn't operating. Turns out to be one of the control modules. Have an appointment to have it fixed next week. Sure would be nice to have it in these -20° F temps we have been experiencing.

That's what mine ended up being a well.

Somewhat off topic, but not completely, but brought the question back to mind. Does the steering wheel heat all the way around, or just around the left and right spokes?

My Wife's X5 heats all the way around, but our daughter's CX-5 only heats around the 9-3 positions, which is a bit of a bummer to me..

Mine heats all the way around. It's not like any other heated steering wheel I've had though. It's not super hot at all. But it's enough to keep your hands warm.
