Premiums & incentives: straight out of a catalog with 1/2 days graphic design investment, maybe less.

Just like the poster, the shipping box / packaging may have actually been more expensive than it’s contents.

I work in brand management & product development (within a cut & sew segment) and I can tell you without question this is poorly executed. The carry bag I received is already coming apart and I haven’t even used it.

This would be a junior developer maybe even an intern level project. I’m not impressed.

Yaa none of this is surprising. Just basic filler until one day, maybe, next year or the year after, we will have our Bronco. When they first released the videos showcasing the interiors and color combinations, they had some junior person presenting them who was also part of the interior design team. It all just seemed half-assed. Ford is not in tune with modern day marketing or communication techniques.

but, I did get my hammock and I will be keeping it fresh for when my Bronco does show up. All this swag they are sending along with the off-roadie goodies, I may never have to buy useless trinkets again!

I was bummed i hadn't gotten anything today so when I called ford customer service about something else I asked to be added and they said they'd "put me on the list"

I’m not impressed.

The scale IS impressive. They have shipped out over 100k of these. Free to all reservation holders, even the tire kickers that won’t end up going through with their order.

Poorly executed is only relative when you consider the price point they were trying to hit.

I use my hammocks all the time. Would have brought the Bronco hammock on last week’s backcountry trip instead of the eno if it had arrived in time. They are fairly comparable.
