Well, I was surprised by receiving one today. My order has been 99’d since March. I didn’t expect anything because of that. It sucks with all the delays. This was a nice gesture on behalf of Ford as they wouldn’t have had to do anything. <<back to napping in the hammock>>

I saw the shipping notification and noticed the delivery address was my house in AZ where I lived with I put in my reservation. I changed my address with Ford in October 2020. I called the number on the tracking and spoke to a pleasant woman. She said they can’t redirect the first shipment nor the second shipment due to go out 8/26. She said if the packages are returned to sender they would forward them to my new address when they come back. Basically you’re fucked once again, Stay Pumped…

Got mine today too. Pretty cool. Sadly it doesn’t work in the only tree I have because it’s too weak. I bet it would be great in the woods…but I can’t get there in a Chevy Cruze.

The woman on the phone I spoke to when trying to change my address said they were shipping out “tens of thousands” of these packages. I’d guess every reservation holder should get them eventually.

Mine still says “shipping label created” after almost a month. They can’t even get shipping right. Maybe I’ll get a “Hang in there, you’re Hang in There swag will be coming someday, we promise!” Email.

Ok by me . . . Ford needs to fire Webasto anyway . . .
They can ship my Bronco with no top at all . . . we have much better aftermarket options than that Webasto MIC piece of garbage . . .
