Been a Ford owner/fan for many years. My first daily driver was a 56 T-Bird (312, 3-speed Overdrive Manual, no power anything except to the rear wheels) that Dad sold after my 2nd speeding ticket in a month. Since then were a 71 Pinto, 92 Taurus, 93 Ranger 4x4, 05 Five Hundred, two different 2012 Focuses, and a 2015 Escape. I started looking at the reborn Bronco when Ford put the feelers in the water. The fell for the Heritage Edition in Race Red and White. I ordered it when I got enough pennies together. It is our retirement vacation vehicle. My wife is a National Park buff and I saw too many roads in the parks that we couldn't explore in the rental cars. Now we have the time, we drive. My baby had its first real off-the-beaten track drive on the McKendree Road in New River Gorge National Park, WV. Other than getting around the rock slide, it wasn't too bad.
