Good point. I will have to remember to write off my $100 donation on my taxes this year. At least I will have something to show for my hundred bucks.
Picture, flag and hammock factor in and you are only down $90.00.

You are ahead of 2/3 of bronco folks who've ordered, be thankful.

Has anyone tried a BBB complaint or something similar to try to get some info from Ford? It is getting extremely frustrating as each week passes with no update from Ford on why I'm still "in production." Marketing line is hours of hold time, most of the time it hangs up on you before you get a representative and then they have less info than we have been able to gather here. I sold my truck based on my dealers delivery ETA and now they see no updates in their system either. Last update that anyone can see was from 10/29. Since that date every time I get a Ford rep on the phone they tell me they are showing it is "ready for transit" whatever the hell that means.
I was "In Production" for weeks after my build date was confirmed and window sticker was provided. When I called they told me it will stay like this if there is even a small little item they had to wait on - for example - the tow hitch, or PPF or the smallest of things where it does not pass QA - it will remain in that state. What they cannot tell you - is exactly what it is - that is holding it up. Then like magic - mine got released and shipped - within a 2 day period. I will never know (nor does my dealer) why. Super frustrating - but hang in there - it will come.

Few things.
1. BBB is just an old school Yelp or Google review before the explosion of the internet. The name makes people think its government related but its a private business that can't do anything other than post reviews...that the owner can pay to be taken down.
2. This whole thing has been a hot mess. The sooner you accept that time doesn't exist in the Ford world, the happier you will be.
3. What is probably happening is that your Bronco is built but if you have any extras like towing or Paint Protection, it is sent to a separate facility. If they have run out of any little thing, it will keep your Bronco from being shipped.
4. Dont hold your breath after its shipped. There are rail delays and apparently a truck driver shortage. Further delaying delivery.
5. There are some lucky people who got their Bronco fast but most have been stuck in one of the stages for a long time. I have had my Vin and build date since June. It just got built 2 weeks ago.

I know its frustrating but hang in there. Most of us have just accepted it but if you look at threads from a few months ago, you will feel the tears through your computer screen.
