Edit: I don't condone this and concur to take the high road by leaving Granger an excellent review instead. Hopefully everyone does the same and can smell the BS from the other dealership.

Some people have no class. I'm sorry this is happening to Granger. Granger is a bit too far from PA, or I would have a reservation with your dealership. You've been extremely transparent and helpful to the forum.

For those of you reservation holders with Granger, I'd suggest providing some reviews based on your current experience so far to boost their ratings!

I have been swamped the last couple of day's (I wonder why) thanks @Zach@Granger for that...

Was checking my google reviews and found that some dealership? is posting 1 star reviews on our Google reviews, I can only guess why...

So if you are a representative from a competing dealership and are sour over our business model, maybe just make a phone call and we can discuss it...

Unjust reviews (you have not done business with us) are not necessary....

We would only like to be reviewed only by people that have done business with our stores...

Completing a honest, Granger review when you accept delivery of your Granger Bronco should be something that this community should ALL do.

I know it seems tempting but let's not fuel the fire by playing the same games.

I'd rather take the high road on this as you mentioned as well. More than anything we wanted to clear our name just in case it caused pause on a potential buyers decision.

We feel for you Albert, this is not right and will in no way impact my decision to purchase through Granger. The community has seen the openness and honesty you have provided us thus far. It is also very clear you have the full support of Zach and he understands the benefit you provide the business. In the end Granger will receive their well deserved reward of record sales and a life long customer base.

The best way to approach this is not through revenge or doing the same thing it’s giving Granger Ford and Albert a true rating of how you feel so far about their dealership. My experience has been great so far and I am willing to share that online. Just a thought if your willing to follow.

This is incredibly stupid. I don't know what you can do about it Albert. Maybe you could report these confirmed Ford employees to Corporate in Michigan? Something needs to be done about this though!
