You can't fit a 30" Arc bar from baja between the safari bar... straight slim line bars only
not without the right mount. right now, I'll have to keep this setup. don't really like it. I can push the light bar all the way back to the grill without the goofy tube mounts so I can verify it fits. I just need to find a mount made for it.

It won't fit... the bar is too big

Soo slight correction. We COULD make a 30" ARC Bar fit on the factory Safari bar. But you don't have the factory bar. Not sure how much clearance is in there as it's tight. Here are some 3D renderings showing the bar in the space

If we did design a mount to work with the ARC bars and the safari bar it may be a bit tricky to secure the back bolt, since the OnX6 is so deep it blocks access to it. The factory ratchet w/torx plus insert may be small enough to get back there to tighten it though.

i'd buy it. my bar goes all the way back. i wouldn't use the back bolt as I'd have it either resting on the bumper or propped up with a pad of some kind - in these pics, the bar is pushed all the way back against the grille

Awesome, thank you! I figured I was limited to the 30" S8. Now I know which light bar I want to pair with the JCR prerunner.

@4x4TruckLEDs.com I can take a drive out to your shop one day if you don't have access to this prerunner bar.

If you want, but we don't have a 30" Arc in stock nor do we have brackets readily available. It's something we'd have to design, and i'm not 100% sure if it's something folks want. ARC bars are only needed 40" + due to the curvature of the bumper. The straight bars would work better in the safari opening since there's not much curvature in the center of the bumper compared to the ends.

You are welcome to stop on by but we're not going to be able to do a whole lot. Our brackets we're developing right now just won't work with the OnX6. We DO have a universal slim bar bracket that we worked but it's not for safari bars. The one for safari bars is limited to a single mounting point and OnX6 bars need 2 points to secure them properly....

Does anyone have a list of light bar mounts available out there for the mod bumper. I have my sights set on the Rigid SR midnight. I know I saw something about an outdoor shop making a mount that worked with the safari bar a couple months back but can’t find the post now.

The SR bar is too long to fit between the safari bar. The mounting points are longer then the opening. It just won't fit in the opening, not without mounts being made that stick the bar off the bumper, which honestly defeats the point in having a bar in there. I'd recommend you go with Baja Designs if you want a bar of similar (better) quality.

We have mounts coming that allow you to install any slim-line style bar (without the safari bar though).

Ahhh, good to know that the standard 30" OnX6+ is a better match for the modular bumper. I will still need to fabricate mounts, so may have to put this project on the back burner for now.

@4x4TruckLEDs.com Do you have a bracket that would get the 40in rigid bar on the bumper? (staight or curved)
https://www.rigidindustries.com/radiance-40-white-backlight-240003.html
You'd need to use an RDS bar (one that curves) otherwise it's not going to install/look right.

40" and above needs to be curved to work properly with the curvature of the bumper. 30" and under can work fine as a straight or curved bar (30")

We don't have a mount for other brands in the works now except for Baja Designs.

This is the one I bought. Comes with brackets and the harness for either aux switches or a toggle switch.

If you search by make and model and go through the bronco stuff, there are a ton of different options and combinations of this setup. But here is the link for the kit similar to what I purchased. You can get clear or amber, a harness for toggle switch or aux switch, and different light beams.
https://rudysdiesel.com/i-30515808-...bar-kit-for-2021-bronco-w-modular-bumper.html

I ended up just calling them and they set me up with exactly what I wanted as a kit.
