Haha, Im doing the same exact thing! What are your estimations?!
Big Bend - $37500
2.7l — $1200
10speed — $2300
Mid — $4000
Hard top — $1500
————————
So maybe 47k plus tax. Probably a few thousand more in reality LOL. This tells me im almost better off with a Wildtrak or an Outer Banks with 2.7/10speed/hard top

Are you just ballparking the price or do you have an inside source

I figured the same for the 2.7L/10 speed. Hoping the mid is ~$3k.

Ford is not going to make you stick with the trim level on your reservation. You are reserving your place in line to create an order for whatever Bronco you want. They're only making you choose a trim now to gauge interest.

FE reservations are a little different in those reservations get dibs on ordering a FE if they still want it.

Right there with you brother! I've bounced around at least 3 trims. Part of the problem is deciding what the Bronco will be for me as a vehicle. I'm "older" about 4-5 years from retirement age. So I do intend to keep this rig once paid-off before driving into the sunset. If I make it the primary ride then I'm inclined to pick the OB for the tech/luxury - yet still can play around off-road. Or be more realistic and say this will be my "workhorse" taking me hunting, camping, trails while enjoying my time away from work life. For that I really like the Badlands and its stock rugged suspension, hard points (bumpers, sliders), the marine vinyl seats, rubberized interior and general disregard for keeping it pristine. Who knows, maybe get a used GT350 or Mach-E for my "daily" LOL!

How do you figure the 10 speed is almost double the price of the engine? Or are you assuming the auto with all the tech that goes with it?

yea i was going back and fourth with the badlands and black diamond. chose the badlands in a hurry because i was seeing on google the reservations were filling up so i just picked it quick to have my foot in the door. But it seems i might switch to the Black Diamond dont know if i need to let my dealer know this.

I’d be willing to bet it’s packaged with the advanced 4x4 transfer case. AT is required for 2.7, so Is already baked in the cost. I’d reckon $4k minimum for the upgrade since it will be adding a lot of tech.

I think these questions will be answered soon when we are able to finally build them. The Ford Bronco Sport Builder is live as of right now and the standard bronco should be up very soon, since there is a message on the website now. I would start at the base and build up from there piece by piece. If you can't get something from there, go to the next. Why spend money on things you don't need or won't use, just for the sake of having it. You can go big bend or Outer Banks and achieve up to the Badlands and Wildlands options, while not paying for things you don't want or use. Just wait until the builder is live and don't stress over it.
