Hi yes, I understand that. What i am annoyed with is you can go do all this and it still gets entered wrong. Its sheer lack of attention to detail. I asked to make an appointment and due to covid wanted to do it over the phone. we went through the build and process. and the email i got from ford was completely different.

I am just ranting...this should not be this hard.

People are humans that make mistakes and from my experience and the printout they gave me I'm guessing the system they enter it into is really outdated (like a 1980s database entry system). It uses things like equipment group "333A", which somehow means the high group.

I'd just call them up, tell them the things that need to be fixed, and ask them to give you a preview order form to double check.

I think there was an email issue where confirmations from Ford were incorrect but the actual build sheets were still good. Maybe that is the case here?

Apparently this was an issue with Ford and I got the build sheets. Annoying

Yea, until MY22 and they actually give me an idea of when i'll get the rig. First week (day 3) wildtrak reservation with all the items that can delay this
