Cool although I've never understood the want for these anyways. Well I never plan on bushwacking enough that would necessitate these I guess. If there is an imposing branch in my way that will hit the windshield than it will also scrape against the rest of the vehicle. Might as well get out and cut it or have a buddy hold it back while you drive by.

That's how I feel anyways. 😳

I feel like this would pair up nicely with @TrailRax 's trail sight thingy they released earlier today

Cool idea. I have no need for it though, but I know many folks will. As long as the Starbucks drive-thru prunes their trees, I should be ok.

Will they be able to attach at the roof with roof rails installed?

Not sure yet. It "may" clear it. It is on the list of tests to be done.

Like it! As a PNW person, this can be very helpful on our tight, forest service roads.

Looking forward to seeing what the final solution is and hope it's not just a universal clevis pin.

Looks great. You've got a lot going on at the bottom end of that thing. Is that a tightener or some type of tension relief?

At the bottom is the turnbuckle to add tension to the wire. Our system allows you to remove the wire and move it out of the way, when you open the hood, and have proper tension on the wire when you reinstall it. All taking seconds to do!

Stick to the desert? I’m not interested in these, but branches scraping my vehicles is a common occurrence and if I stopped every time I encountered one I might as well stay at home. Would be pretty funny to ask one of my buddies to hold the branches though. @Razorbak86 you up for that?

This would be nice for many trails in the PNW. And not needing a roof rack to attach to is awesome. Send it.
