Replaced the chrome bucking horse with black on the tailgate

May seem silly, but how do you remove the chrome bucking bronco? And after it's removed, you just clean with alcohol and add the black bronco?

I used the Texas heat and fishing line to remove. A heat gun (or a blowdryer) and fishing line. It's just stuck on with double sided foam tape.
Got the panel hot
Used the fishing line to saw it off
Clean the area (make note of where the Bronco was previously though)
Reapply

Tell you what. The spear kit looks pretty good. When I first installed, I had several bubbles under every stripe. Looked awful, but their installation video made note most bubbles will work thier way out in several weeks. It did. I was skeptical, I've never did a decal this large on the body.

Picture of the camera. I just pulled off the grille and screwed it in the plastic "cubby" and routed the wiring. Very simple. It's a little off center but I'm ok with it.

Bought a 9500lbs winch with synthetic rope.... and it's blue

I'm thinking a mabbett winch plate or a rough country high mount. I prefer mabbett (assuming not a ton of money) because it comes with a camera relocation. I installed a cheap wifi camera and somewhat like it

A BYOD dash rail. I haven't drove with it yet to check for rattles but it seems really stout.

Went to Bridgeport (Northwest OHV) again. Fell into some mud thought I was stuck but was able to rock my way out. Fun. But wife was super mad about all the mud in the driveway.

I need to re-route the wiring, re-locate the control box. But the winch is installed.
