I installed the RC 20" light bar and the harness has a relay, inline fuse holder and a switch on it. I have the aux switches on my Bronco so can I just eliminate that stuff and just use the red and black wire coming directly from the light bar?

Depending on the amp rating (which it should be fine" you can connect red to one of the switch wires and the black to a ground point in the engine bay. I have seen some leave the inline fuse in place for added protection.

Yep snip it all off, run power to an aux switch and ground anywhere. Check the amp rating of the light bar. If it’s less than 10 u can use any of the 6 switches. Here is a useful diagram
