Any place you find a conspicuous hole in the trim. My guess would be top of the C pillar

Looking at how intact it is, no damage to the barbs....
I wonder if it was ever installed to begin with , just laying loose someplace until it got bumped out into the open.

lol touché, I don’t know if it’s actually missing from where it goes or not.
