Just a note:
ProCal / Forscan would let me set this large (I was running 2860 to calibrate the speed), I would get a silent DTC in the PCM (U0221? - not exact, going off memory) and it prevented Cruise Control from working
The largest I could set was 2779 (579 in ProCal) to keep the PCM code clear
