FORScan saving

I have the FORScan subscription and have hooked up to my Bronco. Elementary question , how do I save the data ? I have windows, I am making the "My Folder" name. I see a disk down there and saving that as well as any "as per built" files. I am getting some data, however which program do I use to open and read the files?
