Form Headlight Signal issues

Anyone here experience any issues with the signal randomly stopping working in the form Headlights? My passenger all of a sudden stopped signaling. The DRL works fine. The interior dash signal is hyperflashing.

Check to make sure it's plugged in all the way. Those plugs can be TIGHT sometimes and you may not have plugged it in 100%.

They have been installed over over 6 months. I'll check the connectors and try to reset the negative on my battery.

MY Driver side DRL and high beam stopped working. Offroad shop was able to work with Form to get a replacement. Replacement works on passenger side but not driver side. Now trying to see if it is a BCM issue. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

I would just contact FORM directly. I ran into a little issue and they're fantastic to work with, I highly recommend their product and I'm sure they'll help you get it straightened out.

I'm having the same problem with my driverside.

I reinstalled my OE lights and the issue persists. I'm pretty sure the Form lights took out my BCM.

So what I'm learning is that the BCM can "latch" or do a "hard disable" on the circuit. Only a Ford dealership can unlatch or fix the hard disable. I'll let you know how mine works out and please let me know if you find a solution. It doesn't necessarily mean we need a new BCM.

Quite honestly, I've been dealing with this issue for months. Just haven't had time or the desire to bring it to Ford to figure out.
