Supposed to get 42,000 when purchasing the Bronco.
They are supposed to award the points to your Ford account within 30 days of activating your Bronco modem.

Anyone get their points?
What'd you use them on?

Talk to your dealer if the points haven't posted, they can help. Shouldn't take more than 10 days max from delivery.
Mine showed up within 24 hrs.

I got the full 262,000 points ($1300 worth):

• 200,000 MIC
• 42,000 Completed Purchase
• 20,000 Early reservation holder

I had them all in my account before I drove away with Bronco. Your dealer can do it quickly...don't let them drag ass on it...

I'm saving them for FPP Factory Tune and a portion of extended warranty.

I got the 42K within a couple days of purchase, but the extra "sorry about the long wait" points were missing. I called the Ford Pass number, the lady was very helpful. She contacted the dealer while I was on the phone with her and the points showed up immediately.

Used mine on Splash Guards and the hood protector.

All of my points were in my account within 3 days. I haven't used them yet, will probably save for service.

Dan, I had to call the Ford Pass folks when I didn't get my points for buying a new Ranger. There was some info entered wrong. They fixed it, and I got the points. Give 'em a call. They may be able to fix you up.

BTW, I waited a month before I called. I knew it may take a while, but it shouldn't take that long.

I got mine before I got the keys, but I asked the dealer and they "did something" somewhere in their system, also to activate the extra points for switching from dual to soft top.

As for use, haven't used them yet, nothing in the catalog so far that I want or think after market will have something better soon. Hope they add some more things or I'll just use them for services.

Haven't gotten mine yet, delivered 1/28, keep getting the run around from Ford and the dealer.

Did you get the points after the purchase or did the MIC and early res point show up before the purchase?

No credit card needed (although I think you get more points if you use the card).
You'll need a Ford.com account.

I think the same "verification" you get from Ford rewards is also what allows you to go to Off Roadeo events.

I only received 42k! My Bronco was built in early August and it stayed at MAP until the end of October because the problems with the MIC top! I took possession of my Bronco on Black Friday, so do I get extra points? Or did you wait extra long?

This thread got me motivated to call Ford again. Lady opened a case for me and she also called the dealer while I was on hold.

Of course no one was there to help her so she’s going to call again on Monday. She said it should take a couple of days to resolve now that an official case has been opened.

Why the hell isn’t this an automated process?

I should get that many points plus 11k for looking at a Bronco early 2020 before they started selling them good luck.

I had a day 1 reservation, converted to an order January 2021, took delivery in January 2022.

I got the email about the extra 16,000 points sometime between March any May I think.
