Are you guys installing the tune or a dealer ‘ certified tech To get the 3 yr/ 36000 warranty ? Any worries thoughts on wear and tear to other parts down the road that would disqualify from a 8 yr / 100,000 extd warranty … I want this tune.… just thoughts …..

Good luck with Ford blaming the install for an engine failure. I think they would have a tough time denying the warranty on that basis.
Second best mod for me so far out of like 10 for my 23 Wildtrak. Significantly better Gas Mileage with Tune and Premium Gas 14.5 to 17.5 don't drive it differently at all. Also Normal feels good now and no gear drags on gear 3-6 make my life easier in a hilly place like Seattle.

Also, keep in mind, the warranty starts from day one of vehicle purchase, even if you buy the tuner 2 years later. Same with mileage.
i had a local ASE certified tech do the install.
would have had SAC do the install during the new vehicle pickup, but we got our wires crossed
on whether their service guys had a window available.
(they did, but the scheduler told me they didn't. pretty surprised when we went to pick up
the vehicle, they asked for the tuner for installation ...)
