Ford Performance Calibration Tuner Input needed -------------------

I let ford dealer installed it but they did not give me any login and password info. Is that mean I will have to go back to them every time if the device need any software update? Or they supposed to give me the account login info so I can do it on my own?

You should’ve supplied them with your own username and password to install it. That way you have access to the account after it’s installed.
If you didn’t do that then yes, you’ll need to get the account information from them.
