Ford emails stopped

I haven’t had an off rodeo or ford email of any type in weeks

i thought that was good for scheduling.

Take this for what it’s worth:

Upon ordering in Oct. of last year, I got the initial “order confirmed” email—that’s all I ever received. However, 6 months later, I got a call from the dealer to come pick-up my Bronco.

Others are getting emails every step of the way, but never getting their Broncos.

Don’t pay attention to those emails, or lack thereof… They’re meaningless.

Ford has never, ever, once apologized for anything. They blame suppliers, claim Ford is the real victim, and tells you how much it costs them. Go back and actually closely read all their emails, they are masters of the non-apology apology.

I would regain most of the respect I used to have for them as an entity if they came out and apologized for changing the terms and conditions from reservation order and explained why they did it. I do not anticipate that happening under any circumstances, they are too arrogant for that.

What's weird is I got a Ford Off-Roadeo email this week refunding the fee. My Bronco hasn't been built yet. Thought they only did that after delivery. This happen to anyone else?

I got an off rodeo email the day I got scheduled.
