If Cory has salt and pepper hair, that was the same guide we had at the Off Roadeo Connect at Merus in West Texas. Seemed pretty good at the guiding part.![]()
the only photo i took at Ford Off-Roadeo Outpost at Rock Run Rec Park.
great event on some very tight 4x4 only trails (which were not shared w. the SxS's)
the event guides were fantastic. the lead was the head of Off Roadeo Texas, soon to be in charge of Off Roadeo Tennessee.
it was great taking our own vehicle on these trails and made us very aware of the vehicle capabilities and dimensions
Our Vehicle was tail end charlie w. a 7 speed stick, so chuck and cory gave us additional non-auto transmission tips.
My wife did the majority of the driving and is now much more confident of what and how to tackle obstacles which at first glance look quite intimidating.
fwiw, cory heading next to uhwarrie for the next off-roadeo outpost and is very familiar with those trails.
that’s a perfect description of cory!If Cory has salt and pepper hair, that was the same guide we had at the Off Roadeo Connect at Merus in West Texas. Seemed pretty good at the guiding part.
Definitely a good day to put our Bronco's through their paces. I've attached a couple more photos. The spotter is Chuck from the Moab OffRoadeo.![]()

I am signed up for Uwharrie and cannot wait. I elected to do the intermediate as I have only done that type of off roading twice. Once at the Offroadeo in New Hampshire and once on my own on some of the easy trails in Uwharrie.![]()

Glad to hear it was a fun event, I'm sorry I missed it. That's the first place I took my Bronco 2 months after i got it. They thought we were crazy, taking it out there. It's where I did this:![]()
