For bike carrier - what size extender do I need to clear the spare tire, 7”, 12” ?

Add another Kaut Pivot 2.

Mine pivots to the drivers side to avoid any conflicts with the hatch.

I see someone else already posted the link, but yes, it can be used for other things too. It's very handy - I really like it. With my bike rack, the rear cargo door can open and not touch the bikes, it's perfect!

Some carriers don't need an extension. I haven't put it on the Bronco yet, but I'm sure it will work fine.

That's a very nice bike rack. But I think the extender is all I need. I did not have my Bike rack on all the time when I had my F150. I only hooked it on when I took the bike to the trails. So the extender mentioned earlier should do the trick.

The Pivot is all that you need. Clears the hatch and bumper easily. It is very stable too, since it has adjustable wobble prevention, aka torsion.
