Yup they sure did. And what was really nice is that they came with a little bit of that non-split wire loom. So after I cut off the male plugs and soldered & shrinked the wires to new fogs, i slid that wire loom over the patch job and boom!

Note: they can plug in either way and still snap..so If your fog light doesn't come on, try reversing it. I can also take a picture of which wire the red should go to.
