OEM Fog light plug and play

Ok guys like everyone else I’ve been al over this forum and I can’t seem to find exactly what I’m trying to figure out. Please help. So I have a 2024 Big Bend with plastic bumper and it has fog lights. I have crash assist. Upgrading to Modular this weekend. My question is. I want to keep my fog light functionality, I have it on most of the time, I live in the back country really dark and a lot of deer and animals. So when my brights auto dim my fog lights kick on. I want to keep that function so I’m wondering if there is a harness I can buy to wire aftermarket fog lights and plug directly into OEM harness without cutting and splicing and forscan craziness. If it’s been covered sorry for repeating I couldn’t find. And hate to lose that OEM function. Thanks again!
