For use, I leave my fog lights on full time with headlights.

The DD Pro Ambers Fog lens are brighter than my low beams, have a much wider coverage, and aimed properly (hopefully) don't piss off oncoming drivers.

I could just about leave the low beams off entirely and not even notice. I do have auto-high beams, and I can seldom tell when high beams flip on or off with the fogs running full time.

Good morning!

I am looking to mount a pair of Diode Dynamic 2” amber cubes for the snow/fog up here. I’ve been keeping the front of the ride relatively tidy and would like to not slap on lights haphazardly. My idea is to flush mount the lights into the grill, see pic for mock-up. I will add black lens covers for non-use but wanted the placement to be obvious for your feedback.

It was also suggested to put them in the middle of the bumper where the collision avoidance sensor is but I’m not a huge fan of that idea. Can anyone give me a reason to avoid the grill and/or why I should choose the lower opening?

Thank you in advance for the feedback.

I don't recommend flush lights. Mainly because you cannot aim them.

Your best bet... go with our Dual fog kit for your Capable Bumper. One pair of fogs in Clear and one pair in Yellow. Now you've got fogs for all weather conditions.

AND they are on sale right now. 10% off when you use coupon code LABOR. Now keep in mind that 10% is in ADDITION to the discount we already have built in. We made a do away with coupon codes on our popular kits, like our fog kits, and just put a discount right up front. So you get ANOTHER 10% on top of that built in discount!
