I have noticed since installation that boost under light throttle is easily attained and maintained now. I think the factory setup provides so much back pressure that the turbos slow way too fast. It makes sense that most exhaust manufacturers claim gains because of this.

Just like a complete intake replacement (pipes and box) actually provide gains because the restrictive piping is replaced.

At least there is some benefit other than noise for both intake and exhaust on these!

Warm start

As a soft top build, I'm not nearly as happy with my outcome. I go back and forth on going back to stock after each and every highway drive. Then I do a cold start and run in town to work and fall in love again. I'm going to try some DynoMat in the cargo area and see if I can find a happier place. Soft tops with loud pipes are rough. I've owned a few Harleys in my day so I get loud pipes, this is just a bit brash.

The truck needs sound deadening anyway. It’s just as loud inside door open or closed

I have same thing. In sport mode its extremely loud in cab because it locks out gears 9-10. In normal mode its tolerable. Gets very loud with 4 people in vehicle (load)..I wouldve liked it slightly less loud. Drone is horrible at some rpms. I cant feel much weight difference when handling them both. Negligible at best.

I put on the dual FlowmasterFX axleback on and had a Vibrant resonator welded in. Totally love it now and no drone. It was a bit too much before the Vibrant ultra quiet resonator was added but perfect now. Deep and agressive with no raspy spots and bit more HP zip...

Details on your Vibrant resonator please?? Length? Got a link? I too have the FlowmasterFX and its' sound is less than lovely.
