It’s the refresh rate on cameras that make it look janky. The lights look fine in real life.

LED lights turn on/off very rapidly they are not constantly on, on video the frame rate sometimes lines up with when the lights are off

Yeah it's like the same reason wheels turn backwards sometimes... It's just the frame rates
