It's probably hard to send customers their 2-3 year old vehicle and present it as new. Ford Parts suppliers will likely only warranty their parts for 3 years from the time of purchase regardless what year Ford starts their vehicle warranty.

Mmmm I didn't get an email from Ford saying anything outside of a Dealership signed terms paper with the amount of the vehicle, options and receipt for $1000.00 down payment. I am confused.

Can someone define the difference between a reservation and an order? I built a Bronco signed an agreement and placed a down payment on it. I don't have a VIN yet so do I have a reservation or an order?

Devastating. I would be absolutely furious and would forward your story to Ford. If anything they may move you up the line.
