Yes, I have one mounted in my Bronco on the driver side roll bar. I would find the one that has the rubber coated clamps, so that it doesn't scratch the paint on the roll bar.

Yes, have the same setup. Was able to use one existing bolt hole, and a rubber coated hose clamp.

Yes! I installed the same one for over a year. No rattles and very secure.

I used the same thing but in reverse holes lined up perfect. I did put a small piece of alien tape on each end just to buffer the possibility of rub and rattle 2 yrs with no issues.
