That looks really good and you have given me an idea. Wonder if I'd get the same amount of crap if I repainted the Bronco to match? (not Grabber Blue but super close)

I have 275.00 in base cost tcp global 650.00 in DuPont (acalta) clear coat 59 in sealer so yes roughly 1 k not including tape paper plastic etc prepped and painted myself
At least you got a decent clear on there with the Axalta. It's a step above Nason 496. TCP global clears are no good, as are the "wet wet" ones you used to be able to get from TCP.
Either way, looks good and sharp from the pics I saw.

For what it's worth, check out Revolt auto paint. I've recently moved to their Glamour clear and it is amazing stuff. They have a super-fast 15-minute clear too but it is dangerous, as it dries literally in 15 minutes. Their Matte clear is top-shelf.
Good prices.

To OP,

That paint looks good. I wish I had the patience and talent to paint my rigs myself.

I will check that out the tcp global bare first time I have used it I was a bit skeptical but it’ converts great lays down awesome you can’t beat the price and that was for a full gallon. I’ve always love DuPont clears I used 7900 on Bronco reminds mechanics the old 7800 which was a better clear and I loved 7500

AMB would have been my choice if it was available when I was buying last fall. Love that color so much

To OP,

And equipment and space.
Yes, I wish I had all of these.

Grabber Blue is my favorite auto color but I couldn't commit to (the cost of) a respray so went with a wrap.

Next to a true GB Mustang for comparison
