How many 2 doors have flipped there? Apparently enough.
One can, or should be able to, look at a situation and determine if their chosen wheelbase will not be sufficient. Using a strap from another vehicle, or your rear winch, to lower down is a whole lot better than the shame (and PITA) of landing upside down. This is the root cause for modifications, ground clearance, tire diameter, gearing, suspension travel, breakover approach departure angles, and so much more, are variables in a given situation. Knowing your vehicle and your modifications allows you to chose the right line and technique for you in a given situation.

As to the discussion between 2/4 doors, the pretty much universally agreed upon "perfect" wheelbase for this type vehicle is 110". The 2 door is 10" to short, and the 4 door is 6" to long. Pick your poison.

With time, I find more and more that I am wheelbase sensitive, that is opposed to brand sensitive. For example, I have and enjoy a Can Am X3 two door and would not own a four door version, if I did need/want a 4 door I would get the comparable Polaris.

Agree with pretty much everything you said, but that first video, they were claiming a "cliff" not too far after that drop. Would not be good for newbs, even if they found the gas peddle to keep from an endo, to then just drive over the cliff.
From this camera angle, it didn't look so bad. Controlled forward motion would allow someone to steer right if needed. The way a lot of them were skidding down it would not be the way I would take that.

I'm also curious in that split second situation, will a turbo motor get you want you wanted.
or will it give you what you wanted, a split second after you wanted it (and in this type situation, it really does matter)?
That's something you would want to figure out before you put yourself in that situation. I don't think the power will come on so abrupt that it would be an issue, but its something we won't know until we start driving them.

Well, the one's who will use it for what it is built for want to thank you for spending way too much money on a rig you will never use, keeping the bronco dream alive.
Your welcome, glad to do my part!

I’ve seen the 4 wheel steering rock crawlers but next we need a variable wheelbase rock crawler. 😜

I bet the 110” is based on SFA.

The reality is that different vehicles will perform differently over different obstacles. For the Bronco it’s all conjecture while we patiently wait for delivery. Patiently.
