Just spreading some good news! My 4Door Outer Banks Eruption Green was scheduled to be built 10/10 and was delivered to the dealer on 10/20!!! Only ten days! Does anyone have a general estimate of height clearance for a Bronco with 3.5in lift and 35’ tires?? Will it be able to fit into 7 foot apartment garage?

That is fast. I test drove a 4dr Wildtrak. Brought it home and it fit in my 7ft garage opening with about 2" to spare on the height. With a 3.5" lift I doubt it would have fit. Also if your driveway leading into the garage isn't level you may have issues.

Got my Bronco through a Dealer at MSRP somehow with no markups, I was flabbergasted to find a Bronco at Sticker price after shopping for 10 Months !
I was originally waiting for 2023 order, but then I found this dealership that doesn’t Markup! They are out there, and do exist !

Based on your pictures it looks like you have a 4 door soft top. If that is the case you may be able to fit but it will definitely be close. The soft top OBX has a factory height of 73". That puts you just below a foot under the ceiling of your garage. Increasing from the factory 32's to 35's should increase ride height by about 1.5" then the lift adding another 3.5" would put you at about 78". This should leave you with about 4" clearance. As long as the entry to your garage is level this should be enough. If you have a Hard Top you wouldn't be able to fit at all.

I've got a Rough Country 3.5in lift with 37x12.5R17 KO2s. I think it's just about 6ft8in. My wife fit into a 6ft10in parking garage. So, I think you will be good to go! I am guessing you'll be about 6'7" or 7.5" on 35s. Just don't park with your Soft Top open that's another 5 inches (assuming you got a soft top).

Wildtraks are taller since they come with Sasquatch from the factory. So, 3.5 on top of the SAS would be pretty tall. Your OBX without SAS will be fine with 3.5in lift on 35s

I have Sas, no additional lift, but have the roof rack, too, which I believe is an additional 3+ inches… and I fit with about 1” to spare.

I was a 10/24 blend and mine showed up at the dealer on 10/25. I could pick it up today, but I'm gonna wait until tomorrow. I was amazed at the speed too. Of course the dealer is about 23 miles from MAP so not a fair comparison. Still, a day from blend/build to delivery? Seems quite fast.

You should end up around 74 to 75 inches tops...squatch has 1.25 or something so I believe and is around 72 inches..so add about 2 inches to squatch rife height
