Hello all, I have a capable bumper with the factory fog lights and harness for it as well as the sensors. I am going to switch to a modular bumper with the sensors and want to install some Raptor style foglights but still utilize the factory fog light switch. Anyone have any knowledge on how or if I can do this mod?

I’ve upgraded my Capable Steel Bumper with Parking Sensors to the Modular Bumper with Parking Sensors. The install is decently documented in my post here:

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/park-aid-fault-after-oem-front-bumper-swap.90759/

It’s only two forum pages, so it should be a quick read. If you plan to reuse the Capable Bumper Wiring Harness, you will have to make some minor adjustments. I would also highly advise ordering Modular Bumper specific Sensors. If you have any questions, let me know!

As for the fog lights, I would imagine that if you buy OEM Raptor fogs, it will be a straightforward plug-and-play. I assume they all use the same pigtail, but I could be mistaken. Many lighting companies on this forum offer kits where you can specify the pigtail, and they’ll accommodate for stock fog locations as well as upfitter switches. But it’s probably best for another forum member either with Raptor or fog light experience to answer that question.

The Raptor Fogs are not that great. That's why a lot of Raptor owners upgrade. Also, the factory Raptor fogs won't mount up to a regular modular bumper. The Bronco Raptor Modular Bumper has additional mounting points for the OEM fog kit.

Go with one of our fog kits: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/vehicle-specific/ford-bronco/2021-bronco/fog-lights/

Depending on which kit you go with we DO sell pigtails to connect your factory fog switch to one pair of lights. We'd just need to know which one of our kits you are going with so we can tell you which pigtail to get.

Also make sure you KEEP the harness that is behind your bumper. You'll need that. And also make sure you get the Ford OEM mod bumper. Do not buy the overseas cheap knock-off mod bumpers. Those bumpers DO NOT have proper mounting points for accessories. They use these weird nuts/bolts that you can't remove once the bumper is installed. So spend a bit more on an OEM Mod bumper.

Do you sell a pigtail that will connect the Heretic fog light kit to the Raptor factory fog light switch and upfitter 1? Just ordered their fog light kit and want to retain the two connections that the Raptor has pre-wired to upfitter 1 and factory fog switch

If you have a photo of the light connector I can tell you if we have something
The light connectors are 2 pole DT ( Deutsch ). I believe the Raptor fog connectors are Molex. So I’m guessing a DT to Molex adapter
