The circuit is 10A fused
There is no traditional fuse. It uses FETs built into the BCM.
Also 10A is likely too high, unless you're referring to 5A for each side, which may be on the borderline of what it can support.

The factory halogen fog lamps (JB3Z15201C) are controlled by a Field-effect Transistor (FET) (see attached wiring diagram). I can find no data on the specs of this FET.

The right fog lamp is controlled by the RP2-Bus, while the left fog lamp is controlled by the RP1-Bus. Each bus is fused at 30A. (See attached diagram)

These two buses control all the exterior lighting (rev lamps, turn signals, low beams, DRLs, side lamps, brake lamps, park lamps) with the exception of the high beams.

The FET is the limiting factor on how much power each fog lamp can draw. Too much and the FET can shut down or be damaged.

I tested the current fog lamp (JB3Z15201) (see attached photo). It draws 0.78A at 12.6V = 9.828W

Drawing 5A per log lamp would put a 540% increase in power on the associated FET. It may work for a short time, or it may work indefinitely. How long is the fog light energized? How hot is the FET getting? Long term damage? No way to know for sure without knowing the specs on the FET.

My opinion: Don't over power the FETs. Wire a single light to the left side and single light to the right side using the factory wiring harness. Keep each lamp limited to 1.0A or less. Wire the remaining lights to an AUX switch.
