I have an OBX. I looked at the eBay posting, and the cushion came from a wrecked XLT.
What's odd is for the first 1k miles or so I didn't have any comfort issues, maybe I was just excited about a new car and didn't notice it. Then I started to have issues and went looking for a solution. As a reminder, I do have randomly occurring neck/back issues already, so maybe that flared up on it's own or maybe it was caused by the firm seats. My previous vehicle was a 2022 Durango RT with the suede/leather combo seats and I could drive in those for hours with no issues whatever.
So, to answer your question I'm not sure what factory Bronco trim level would I would pick if I were able to choose based soley on the seats. My friends both have OBX as well. I believe the only other options are the marine grade vinyl, and cloth. When I do the Off-Rodeo next month, maybe I'll get one with MGV seats to compare.
